Woodside Mini-Lops Terms and Conditions

1. Rabbit Availability and Selection

All rabbits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we feel that the rabbit will not be placed in a suitable environment or home.
Pictures and descriptions of rabbits available for sale are for informational purposes. The color, size, or temperament of a rabbit may vary slightly from what is described or pictured.

2. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of €30 is required to hold a rabbit for purchase.
Deposits are accepted via [payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, cash, etc.], and the balance is due when .
If you fail to complete the purchase within the agreed-upon time-frame, the deposit will be forfeited, and the rabbit will be made available for sale to other buyers.
In the unlikely event that the breeder is unable to provide the reserved rabbit (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the deposit can be applied to another available rabbit or refunded at the discretion of the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before the rabbit is released to the buyer.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the rabbit has been picked up.

4. Health Guarantee

All rabbits will be sold in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
We provide a health guarantee for [insert period, e.g., 48 hours] from the time of purchase. If a rabbit shows signs of illness or has a health concern within this time frame, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the breeder immediately.
The health guarantee does not cover illness or injury that occurs due to mishandling, improper care, or environmental factors after the rabbit leaves our care.
It is highly recommended that the buyer takes the rabbit to a qualified veterinarian specialising in small animals for a wellness check within the first week of ownership.

5. Pickup and Transportation

Rabbits must be picked up on the agreed-upon date.
We do not ship rabbits, all rabbits are collection only.
If the buyer fails to pick up the rabbit on the agreed date without prior arrangement, the deposit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be made available for sale to other buyers.

6. Care Requirements

By purchasing a rabbit from us, you agree to provide proper care, including a safe and appropriate living environment, nutritious food, fresh water, and medical care as needed.
Rabbits require specialised care and attention. Please ensure you are knowledgeable about rabbit health and nutrition prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to ask about the living conditions and environment into which the rabbit(s) will be placed.

7. Return Policy

Once a rabbit is sold, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds after the rabbit leaves our care.
In the event that you are unable to keep the rabbit, we encourage you to contact us, and we will always be happy to take the rabbit back.

8. Breeding Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all rabbits sold are intended to be pets only and are not sold with breeding rights.
If breeding rights are agreed upon, the terms will be stated in a separate agreement, and an additional fee may apply.

9. Legal Ownership

Legal ownership of the rabbit transfers to the buyer upon receipt of full payment and collection of the rabbit.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs after the rabbit has been transferred to the buyer’s care.

10. Liability

Woodside Mini-Lops is not liable for any harm or damage caused by the rabbit after the sale. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the rabbit is safely integrated into their home.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any risks associated with owning and caring for a rabbit, including veterinary care, potential property damage, and interaction with other pets or individuals.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to the buyer.
